REPORT OF THE JOINT COMMITTE ON THE BANK OF IRELAND BILL, 1929.

1. The Joint Committee was constituted as follows:—Deputy D. Morrissey, Chairman; Deputies McDonagh, Davin and O’Hanlon: Senators Farren, Moran and O’Hanlon.

2. The Joint Committee considered the Bill on Wednesday, 29th May, and Thursday, 30th May, 1929.

3. The Joint Committee report that they have examined the Preamble of the Bill, and that the allegations therein contained have been proved to their satisfaction, and that they have gone through the Bill, and have made amendments thereto.
