2. I láthair: Séamus Beckett, Seán O Brádaigh, Riobárd Brioscú, Giolla Easpuig O Casaide, Peadar O Dubhghaill, Aodh O Floinn, Seán Frinseach, Seán Good, Tomás O hUigín agus Uinseann Ríseach, Teachtaí.

3. Do thairg Séamus Beckett:—

“That Deputy Rice be Chairman of the Special Committee.”

4. Do chrom an Coiste Speisialta ar an mBille do bhreithniú.

5. An Dreacht-Tuarasgabháil a chuir an Cathaoirleach fé bhráid an an Choiste Speisialta, léighte den chéad uair agus den dara huair, agus rithte mar leanas:—

The Special Committee has gone through the Bill and has agreed to report the same without amendment.
