IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE SPEISIALTA.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.

Dé Ceadaoin, 26° Meitheamh, 1929.

Wednesday, 26th June, 1929.

1. Do chruinnigh an Coiste Speisialta ar 3 p.m.

2. I láthair: Pádraig O Cionaodha (i gCeannas), Sir Eadbhard Bigger, Somhairle Brún, Mícheál Comyn, Tomás Mac Eóin agus Mícheál O hAnnluain.

Bhí an Dr. O Duibhir, Coimisinéir atá ag gníomhú do Chaomhnóirí na mBocht d’Aontas Bhaile Atha Cliath, i láthair leis.

3. Do thairg Somhairle Brún:

“That the Special Committee do recommend the enactment of a Bill to enable the Guardians of the Poor for the Dublin Union to grant such relief, pending the adoption of a county scheme, as they would be entitled to grant under Section 10 of the Local Government (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1923, if a county scheme had been adopted and was in operation, and that a Report of the Special Committee be prepared accordingly.”
