1. Do chruinnigh an Coiste Speisialta ar 4 p.m.

2. I láthair: Liam P. Aird, Domhnall de Búrea, Tomás Deirg, Seán O Guilidhe, Pádraig O hOgáin (An Clár), Marcus Mac Giollaléith, Risteárd O Conaill agus Uinseann de Faoite, Teachtaí.

3. Do thairg Seán O Guilidhe:—

“That Deputy V. J. White be Chairman of the Special Committee.”

Do chuaidh Uinseann de Faoite i gCeannas an Choiste Speisialta dá réir sin.

4. Do chrom an Coiste Speisialta ar an mBille do bhreithniú.

(ii) Teideal aontuithe.

5. An Dreacht-Tuarasgabháil a chuir an Cathaoirleach fé bhráid an an Choiste Speisialta, léighte den chéad uair agus den dara huair, agus rithte mar leanas:—

The Special Committee has gone through the Bill and has agreed to report the same without amendment.
