IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE SPEISIALTA.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE

1. The Special Committee met at 4 p.m.

2. Present: Deputies Aird, D. Bourke, Derrig, Goulding, P. Hogan (Clare), Killilea, R. O’Connell and V. J. White.

3. Deputy Goulding moved:—

“That Deputy V. J. White be Chairman of the Special Committee.”

Question put and agreed to.

Deputy V. J. White took the Chair accordingly.

4. The Special Committee took the Bill into consideration.

(i) Sections 1 to 3 agreed to.

(ii) Title agreed to.

5. Draft Report brought in by the Chairman, read a first and second time, and passed as follows:—

The Special Committee has gone through the Bill and has agreed to report the same without amendment.
