1. The Joint Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present: Senator Sir Bryan Mahon (in the Chair), Deputies Anthony, Cooper, P. S. Doyle, J. X. Murphy, Ruttledge and Shaw; Senators Bennett, MacLoughlin, Molloy and Parkinson.

3. Capt. Chas. Moore (Chairman, Board of Control for Racecourse Betting in Ireland) and Genl. Eoin O’Duffy were examined.

4. The Joint Committee adjourned at 1 p.m. till Thursday, 18th April.
