PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

1. Do tháinig an Coiste le chéile ar 11.30 a.m. i Seomra Coiste a 106.

2. Bhí na baill seo leanas i láthair:—

An Ceann Comhairle (i gCeannas); Gearóid O Beolláin, Risteárd Mac Fheorais, Peadar O Dubhghaill, Eamon O Dúgáin, Tadhg O Donnabháin agus Liam Thrift.

Bhí an Leas-Cheann Comhairle i láthair leis.

4. Iompar mi-orduil leis an gCathaoir.

Do chrom an Coiste ar bhreithniú do dhéanamh ar dhreacht-tuarasgabháil ón gCathaoirleach a bhíothas tar éis a scaipe. B’í seo leanas an tuarasgabháil:—

1. The Order of reference of the Dáil, of the 5th July, 1928, instructing the Committee on Procedure and Privileges to draw up a Standing Order or Standing Orders within the terms of reference, has been considered by the Committee.

2. In the circumstances obtaining since the Order was made the Committee has decided to recommend to the Dáil that the Order of the Dáil of 5th July, 1928 (Disorderly Conduct towards the Chair) be discharged.

“That the Chairman’s Draft Report be read a second time.”
