REPORT.

The Select Committee to which the Bodies Corporate (Executors), Bill, 1928 was referred by the Seanad on the 28th March, 1928 have considered the said Bill.

The Committee have made amendments in the Bill, and the Bill, as amended, is herewith returned to the Seanad.

Pursuant to Standing Order 65, the Committee report specially to the Seanad that they have amended the title of the Bill.
