PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

Déardaoin, 22 Mí na Samhna, 1928.

Thursday, 22 November, 1928.

1. The Committee met at 11 a.m.

2. Present:—Deputies Buckley, Conlon, Derrig, Fahy, P. Hogan (Clare), Little, Mathews, G. O’Sullivan, Tierney, J. T. Wolfe and the Minister for Finance.

3. Deputy J. T. Wolfe moved:

“That Deputy Tierney be Chairman of the Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

Deputy Tierney not being then present,

Deputy Derring moved:

“That the Minister for Finance be Chairman of this meeting of the Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

The Minister for Finance took the Chair accordingly.

4. Ordered: That amendments to the Bill be received up to 12 noon on Tuesday next.

5. The Committee adjourned at 11.15 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Thursday, 29th November.
