PROCEEDINGS OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE.

Friday, 19th November, 1926.

1. The Committee met at 10.30 a.m.

2. The following members were present:—The Minister for Lands and Agriculture, Deputies M. Roddy, M. Heffernan, J. Cosgrave, T. J. Murphy, P. Hogan (Clare), and J. Dwyer.

3. Deputy Heffernan moved:—

“That Deputy Dwyer be Chairman of the Committee.”

Question put, and agreed to.

Deputy Dwyer took the Chair.

4. The Minister for Lands and Agriculture moved:—

“That the Committee agree to deal with recommendations for amendments relevant to the Land Act, 1923, and the present Bill.

Question put, and agreed to.

5. The Committee adjourned at 12.15 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Tuesday, 23rd November.
