Thursday, 18th March, 1926.

1. The Committee met at 11.30 a.m.

2. The following members were present:—Deputy Esmonde (in the Chair), Deputies Sears, P. J. Egan, Mulvany and M. Doyle.

3. Mr. G. N. Keller (Tobacco Expert, Department of Lands and Agriculture), Very Rev. J. F. Sweetman, O.S.B., Mr. F. C. Hassell (Superintending Inspector, Customs and Excise), Mr. John Nevin and Major Everard were called and examined.

4. The Committee adjourned at 4.45 p.m. until 11 a.m. on Tuesday, 23rd March.
