IMEACHTA AN CHOISTE.

PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

Dé Céadaoin, 16 Mí na Nodlag, 1925.

Wednesday, 16th December, 1925.

1. Do tháinig an Coiste le chéile ar 11 a.m.

2. Bhí na baill seo leanas i láthair:—Tomás Mac Eoin, Brian Cúipéir, Máirtín O Rodaigh, Pádraig O Maoil Mheana, Tomás O hAonghusa, Parthalán O Conchubhair, Tomás de Nógla, Máirtín O Conalláin agus Eoghan O Dochartaigh.

3. Do thairg Pádraig O Maoil Mheana:—

“That Deputy Roddy be Chairman of the Committee.”

Ceist curtha, agus aontuithe.

Do chuaidh Máirtín O Rodaigh i gCeannas an Choiste.

4. Do thairg Brian Cúipéir:—

“That the Committee apply to the Dáil for power to send for persons, papers and records.”

Ceist curtha; do dhin an Coiste vótáil: Tá, 4; Níl, 4:—

Tá: Brian Cúipéir, Eoghan O Dochartaigh, Tomás Mac Eoin agus Tomás de Nógla.

Níl: Tomás O hAonghusa, Máirtín O Conalláin, Pádraig O Maoil Mheana, agus Parthalán O Conchubhair.

Do thug an Cathaoirleach a vóta réitigh i bhfabhar na tairisginte, agus do faisnéiseadh dá réir sin go rabhthas tar éis glaca léi.

5. Dreacht-Thuarasgabháil Interim a chuir an Cathaoirleach fé bhráid an Choiste, léighte mar leanas:—

1. The Committee met on Wednesday, 16th December, 1925.

2. It was decided to ask the Dáil to extend the powers of the Committee so as to enable it to send for persons, papers and records, and to take evidence on matters relating to the Bill.

Tairisgint déanta (Tomás Mac Eoin):—

“That the Draft Report be adopted as the Interim Report of the Committee.”
