REPORT OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE APPOINTED TO CONSIDER THE DUBLIN RECONSTRUCTION (EMERGENCY PROVISIONS) BILL, 1924.

1. The Committee met on Tuesday, the 27th May, 1924.

2. Senator Brown was moved to the Chair. Other Senators present were:—Mrs. Costello, Thomas Farren, H. S. Guinness, Rt. Hon. Andrew Jameson, Colonel Moore, Mrs. Wyse Power and W. B. Yeats. The Minister for Local Government was also in attendance.

3. The Committee having taken the Bill into consideration made certain amendments therein. These are shown in the appendix to this Report.
