REPORT OF THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON THE APOTHECARIES HALL, DUBLIN, BILL, 1924.

1. The members of the Joint Committee were as follows:—


Senator J. G. Douglas, Chairman, Deputies J. J. Cole, Sir James Craig, Wm. Sears; Senators T. W. Bennett, Colonel M. Moore, H. L. Barniville.


2. The Joint Committee considered the Bill on Thursday, the 27th November, 1924.


3. The Joint Committee report that they have examined the Preamble of the Bill, and that the allegations therein contained have not been proved to their satisfaction.


4. In considering the Bill the Joint Committee had before them a report on the Bill from the Department of Local Government and Public Health.
